As women, we have a far greater power over the course of masculinity than most of us realize. We can use our femininity to influence men toward strength or toward weakness. Unfortunately, most of us don’t use our feminine power correctly. We nag, criticize, complain, manipulate, and seduce, hoping that our self-built techniques will somehow work some magic and turn a frog into a prince. But when selfishness is our motivation for changing guys, we only end up fueling the problem and leading men into even greater weakness. So, what is God’s design for empowering femininity?

If you want guys to start acting more heroic, don’t label them, scorn them, or bash them. Believe that they can become something more. It is not having faith in a man, but in what our mighty, amazing, triumphant God can do in and through a man. Let your words bring life and encouragement, not sarcasm and disdain. As women, we are created to build men up, not tear them down.

It is not our job to change men. Only God can do that. Our job is to participate with God in bringing His desired change about - not through angry words or self-effort, but through diligent prayer and a Christ-like example.

Live@teppan is awesome! The lobster is one of the best I've ever tasted. And there's quite a fair bit of meat! :) tender and juicy! I like! :)

Went to Wai Po house. Catch up with my relatives. Mama played with Bb kyra! :) she's 8 months old. So adorable! :) she's extremely dependent on her mother though, once she's out of sight, kyra starts to cry. Sehhhhh.

After which met piggy for dinner at ion! We saw this japanese restaurant tt offers set meal for 2 at $49+.

Seriously the portion is crazy! I really, from the bottom of my heart, feels tt this is a set meal for 3 Ppl! So in the end I decided to so something damn aunty - asking the waiter to help us packet the food. Brought home the untouched tempura and half a fried pork chop! Madness

Look at the SET FOR TWO! :(

At the end of it, I do enjoy it. Although it's overwhelming, but it's good! And definitely not as stress as having fine dining dinner! :)

It's the most wonderful time of the year. Okay Tt's the only line I remembered for some Xmas song. :) and how I really agree with it!

Had a small gathering on Xmas eve with Ade Pris and Shir! We went Kbox! Singing or should I say screaming at the top of our lungs over Adam's songs! How destressing! xD after which yeqin joined us for dinner at pasta de waraku and I must really say that the service is damn good. I am indeed pleasantly surprised! :)

Scotty came over before Kbox so I got him settled at home before entrusting him to my parents! Glad tt he was still alive when I'm back at night! I realize maybe I'm not a dog person. I mean caring for it for 1 day is great and fun and all, but for say 10 years? I guess I hv to rethink about it. But seriously, Scotty is damn obedient. And so adorable! I like it best when we play Fetch! :) oh and how it fell asleep right next to me when I pat him. Awwwww~ The only thing bad about it is tt it's not toilet train. But it's okay, I know he will learn it in no time.

Half of Xmas day was spent entertaining Scotty. Germaine came at like 4+ to collect him but I'm fast asleep! :( didn't get to wave goodbye to Scotty! :(

Dinner at simin's place at 7pm! Thanks sweetheart for all the effort. From getting the utensils, to cooking the food, to planning the games. :) I believe everyone of us had a great time just being there. The company was awesome! :)

Best part! Simin is my mystery SANTA! Love ya for getting me the PINK Aldo sunglass box. Thanks for Gg to orchard to get it for me seriously! :) I know how much u dislike Gg there so I really appreciate it!

Now my Aldo shades has a proper house. :)

Last but not least, thank u piggy for the Xmas present! They are all super useful and pretty! The ear piece, keyboard protector, water bottle all in my fav colour and theres still the nicely done up Photoframe and SUNFLOWER! Had a v tiring trip to malacca with
my relatives and piggy. My relatives they all damn chiong. Wa liaoz I meant it to be a leisure trip seriously. Like after exam, relaxation. But it didn't really turn out tt way. :(

And the worse part is, I was sick. Like v sick. Damn exams. Was having terrible flu plus sore throat on the first day. I keep thinking that it's gonna progress to a full blown fever. Thankful tt it didn't!

Was extremely moody. The weather was a killer! I felt like I was back in Taiwan! So fuckingly hot! :(:(:(

That first night, my mens came. I do not know if it's because of the delay that resulted in an extremely heavy flow. This translates to v painful cramps! Ahhhh pissed!

So 2nd day was spent sleeping in the hotel room Coz I was super weak and tired. Breakfast at 7am was crazy! If i went alone with piggy, I think we will only be down at 9, earliest! After tt sleep all the way till checkout at 12 while my relatives went shopping I think. Doesn't matter.

After checking out went shopping at nearby mall. There's nothing to buy seriously. We only changed like $50 per pax and we still hv left over. Lol!

Overall, it would have been better if it was just me and piggy I think. Thank u for being so extremely patient with me thoughout the trip. I know I was a bitch. Keep scolding u and stuff. I'm sorry k. Can I blame it on my PMS? :( I love u piggy! No hard feelings yea.

i am so fucking stress! not to the point of dissertation. but still STRESS!
1 fucking presentation coming up with ppt slides not done. report even worse! (with all the crap input) the stupid SOM test on thursday which i havent touch. the set of graphs i have to generate for my masters student is due on MONDAY AS WELL! i dun even wanna try logging on to the intranet coz its gonna be hell!

and then there's you! who is not there when i need u! i need to learn from jinglin. i need to slowly turn away from this relationship. until i am numb enough to give everything up.

Sorry to my group mates. My screwed up body clock is giving me a lot of problems. I really dun understand why I cannot sleep coz I was dead tired in the morning. And I was out the whole day. Did a lot of walking. But i just can't sleep when I'm back on my bed. I am truly sorry. I also wanna sleep well. :(

went to town after BCA.
suppose to be studying but was reminded by xinyi's sms tt shiying's bday is next week.
so i decided to shop for her present.

was so god damn tired after walking the whole of wisma + taka + ion. took a bus down to o313. but didnt know where to alight. so i ended up at a stop tt was further away from it. walked back and here's the exciting part. i was stopped by 2 ladies. they ask me, do u have the habbit of eating breakfast. i say no. so they ask me for 3 mins to do a survey so i said ok.

AND THEY BRING ME ACROSS THE ROAD TO THE ORCHARD BUILDING TT HAS A PERMANENT BOOK FAIR HAPPENING IN FRONT OF IT. the one in b/w centrepoint and uob i think. they they start to psycho me.
